Health and Wellness Ministry

At Mt. Calvary, we believe we are intricately and wonderfully made - magnificent beings of body, mind and spirit!  Therefore, taking care of ourselves - all parts of our being - is one way we worship and love God our Creator.

Headed by our Parish Nurse, the health and wellness ministry educates us and the community on how to make healthy choices in our everyday lives.  To find out about how you can help, or receive help, in one of these areas, contact Nurse Nancy.
