Music Ministry Music plays a rich and meaningful role in our worship services at Mount Calvary. It can touch people in a variety of ways, thus we strive to provide a variety of styles and sounds. Throughout the course of the church year, you may hear organ, flute, clarinet, handbells, bass, percussion, trumpet, trombone, piano, choirs, or soloists as the members of the church share their musical gifts and talents with us. They may be playing a traditional Bach piece, or something with an Afro-Cuban rhythm.
We believe that God has given everyone special gifts and abilities. If yours is music, we would love to have you join us! The choir, handbell choir, or our new chime team (4th grade and up with or without experience) are always looking for new members. Talk to Kristen, the organist, and she’ll set you up to share your talent in some way for the Lord.
